As the Operator for your district, H2O Innovation is pleased to announce the transition of our water & sewer utility billing software.
The transition for your district has been completed and your account number has changed. Your old customer portal has been deactivated, to ensure there are no penalties or interruptions in service, please register ASAP.
To register for the new customer portal, please select the “Register Now” button below. This will allow you to access your account number to make online and e-check payments, set up recurring payments, register for e-bills, and update your contact information.
*Please note, if you are setting up your account for recurring payments, you will need to make a payment on your current balance and the draft will go into effect for your next billing cycle.
As always, you may still make payments at any of our locations, online, or by mail.
